EFFECTIVE 01 JANUARY 2023

In an effort to reduce confusion, streamline the administrative processes, and to clarify payment terms, please review the following:

1. I only bill pathology laboratory departments/groups directly. I do not bill any insurance company or government agency (including MediCare, MediCal, or MediCaid).
2. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.
3. If payment is not received within 30 days, a $50.00 (fifty dollars) billing surcharge will be added to the balance and a new invoice will be sent due within 30 days.
4. If payment is not received after the second invoice, additional penalties may be incurred, including collection efforts, while potentially altering the ability to review future pathology consultation cases.
